Summary:Successful candidate will be accountable for safety, health, and environmental issues related to this position. The PLC automation tech will report to Alton Eubanks, Maintenance and Engineering Manager Education and Experience Requirements:Technical or Engineering Degree or Equivalent Industrial Maintenance experienceMinimum five years' experience in manufacturing facilityAbility to locate and ready blueprintsStrong working knowledge of the extrusion process and facility, preferredStrong working knowledge of Industrial Maintenance Systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical)Ability to manage multiple objectives and deadlinesAbility to make decisions based on logical analysis of facts and alternative.Must be professional and have strong organizational skillsMust be fluent in Excel, MVP and SAP Job
Responsibilities:Excellent oral and written communication skillsExperience with PLC Network (Data-highway, RsLinx, Bluetooth, etc.)Excellent computer skillsExperience in manufacturing is mandatoryStrong preference for candidates with ability to program from scratchExtensive experience with PLC, HMI and robotics controls programming (Fannuc, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) You should be proficient in:PLC Troubleshooting SkillsPLC Programming ExperienceID:qnkTyxEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
